Tom Murphy, AICP

Senior Planner, MPO Officer

Tom administers the day-to-day operations of the Las Cruces MPO.  His main focus is thoroughfare planning.  Tom also keeps the Travel Demand Model up to date.  Contact Tom Murphy at tmurphy@las-cruces.org .

Andy Hume

MPO Associate Planner

Andy is the non-motorized modes transportation planner.  His main focus is on bicycle, pedestrian, and equestrian efforts, and their interaction with Transit and Highway travel.  Contact Andy Hume at ahume@las-cruces.org .

Caeri Thomas

MPO Associate Planner

Caeri oversees the progress of transit planning for the MPO. She coordinates the Transit Strategic Plan and works with RoadRUNNER Transit on a regular basis. Contact Caeri Thomas at cthomas@las-cruces.org .

Tim McAllister

MPO Development Technician

Tim manages all facets of the traffic count program and other data collection needs, along with our maps for the various plans and projects that we produce.  Contact Tim McAllister at tmcallister@las-cruces.org .

 

Secretary

Provides administrative and secretarial support to the department.  Pays bills, orders supplies, tapes and transcribes minutes for the various committees, and formats and types correspondence.
